About the workplace

In the city, the Social Administration is responsible for individual and family care. The administration's mission is to enable residents to become independent in life so that they can take an active part in society.

We have undergone an exciting organizational change with a focus on creating a more accessible social service based on three main areas: authority, first line, and housing.

In addition to these main areas, there are various support functions. As a Process Leader/Investigator, you will be part of the staff and the quality unit. The unit includes, among others, board, committee, and administration secretaries, lawyers, IT resources, business controllers, team leaders, and a manager.

The position is divided between being a process leader for one of the administration's major relocations and working as an investigator. In the investigator role, you handle various assignments, usually from the operations, the political leadership, and other authorities or instances.

You are part of a group of investigators who work together, even though each person has primary responsibility for their respective assignments. The unit's and administration's colleagues are important resources in your work.

Our mission is to secure and support the board's and administration's quality work, digital development, and secure case handling. Our unit shall contribute with specialist competence and a holistic perspective so that the core operations can fulfill their mission.
